DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Sandy Koufax, center, captured with a large smile on his face as an unidentified Los Angeles Dodgers member hands him his Dodgers jacket after Koufax pitched his second no-hitter on May 11, 1963. The Dodgers faced the San Francisco Giants during this game and won with a final score of 8-0. Walter Alston is visible walking up beside Koufax with a large smile. All three gentlemen are dressed in the Los Angeles Dodgers home uniform. A caption written on the back of the photograph states, "1962 Koufax after 2nd no hitter (Giants-Dodgers...)." A second caption on the back of the photograph states, "Arthur Patterson LA Dodgers." Based on the caption and Koufax's second no hitter record this photograph was taken on May 11, 1963.
