DescriptionA color full length photograph of Edgar Renteria batting at Pro Player Stadium in 1997. Renteria is standing in the right handed batter's box and wearing a Florida Marlins home uniform. He is in mid-swing with both hands holding on to the baseball bat out in front of him over home plate. His body is twisted in a way that his front (left) foot is facing home plate and his upper body is facing the pitcher's mound and leaning towards home plate. He is looking down at the path of the baseball. The sleeve of an unidentified umpire can be seen behind home plate. The photograph is taken from the first base side of the field.
