The caption (not shown) reads "Admiring children are shown catching a glimpse of George Herman (Babe) Ruth as he leaves his home Feb. 24 for hunting trip. The Babe, undecided about his baseball future, is still hero to the youngsters." Ruth is wearing a coat and hat and carrying an unidentified object in his hand. There are three children on the right and four children on the left. Two adults can also be seen in the background on the left.
