DescriptionA black-and-white negative of Bernie Allen dressed in a Minnesota Twins home uniform posing in a hitter's stance for a 1/2 headshot. Allen has a thick jacket on underneath his jersey. He is looking to the left of the camera (not shown) and holding the bat over his left shoulder with both of his hands. A group of people can be seen behind him on the left in the outfield close to the outfield wall. There are multiple advertisements along the outfield wall. Four stadium floodlights and telephone poles surround the outfield. Two cars can be seen in the background to the right where the outfield wall ends. Based on Bernie Allen's time with the Minnesota Twins and the uniform style, this photograph was taken between 1962 and 1966.
