DescriptionA matted pencil-drawn cartoon by artist, Little Willy King. It shows a woman with a sash across her body that reads "Miss Chattanooga 1945." Her accompanying caption reads, "Oh-Mister Engel!" In the lower right quadrant is Joe Engel, having fallen flat on his front with his legs up in the air and the caption, "Tweet, tweet." The cartoon title is at the bottom and the artist's signatures is in the lower left corner. The verso (not shown) is blank.
