DescriptionGold ring with raised lettering on one shank, "Manfred," with ivy leaves surrounding a "W" flag in blue and white jewels. In raised lettering on the other shank is "2016" above Wrigley Field in the background with the Commissioner's trophy in the foreground with one white jewel in the center of the trophy, flanked by two additional jewels to symbolize the franchise's other two World Series titles. The ring top has the Cubs logo set in red and blue jewels with 108 white jewels around it to symbolize the 108 years between titles. The words "World Champions" are at the top and bottom in white gold. White zircon stones and blue sapphires run along the entire sides of the ring top. The inside reads "11-3-2016 12:47am," the date and time the final game was won, then the logos and series scores of the teams the Cubs competed against in the postseason: 3-1 against the San Francisco Giants, 4-2 against the LA Dodgers, and finally 4-3 against the Cleveland Indians. The Jostens logo is small to the left of the date and time. At the bottom of the band is a small engraved goat's head, a nod to the Curse of the Goat that many fan's believe kept the team from winning for more than a century.
