DescriptionTwo tickets to a game between the Chicago White Sox and the Boston Red Sox, scheduled for April 16, 1994. The game was cancelled due to inclement weather. Due to the baseball strike starting August 12th, the game was cancelled for a second time. This is the first game in major league baseball to be cancelled twice and not played. The tickets are printed on a cream-colored background with red lettering and borders. The top has the date and day, and seat location of Section 19, Row 14, and seats 17 and 18. The left side has a start time of 1:05pm, with seat location and price of $12.00. The right side has the Red Sox logo and price. The center has the team names, states to enter at gate A, Grandstand. The verso has ticket term and conditions, and an advertisement for Miller genuine draft. The tickets are identical except for the seat number, only one is shown in this record.
