DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Sandy Koufax in profile. Koufax is seated at a table in the dressing room, autographing baseballs. The caption on the side of the photograph reads, "Dodger Stadium: Sandy Koufax has no workout on the day after pitching his 4th no-hitter. After taking a couple of laps around the track before the Houston game here 9/10, he retired to the dressing room to catch up on autographing baseballs." Another caption on the reverse (not shown) reads, "Autograph time - Because he is the best pitcher in baseball and because he has the habit of throwing at least one no-hitter each year, Sandy Koufax has to sign hundreds of baseballs. The Dodger star spends some time at the job after his perfect game Thursday night." According to the caption, this photograph was taken on September 10, 1965.
