Evers is dressed in the Chicago White Sox home uniform whereas Chance is dressed in street clothing. An unidentified Chicago White Sox player is seated on the bench in the dugout in the background. Numerous unidentified baseball fans fill the stadium seating at Comiskey Park. Based on Evers uniform and his time with the Chicago White Sox this negative was taken in 1924.
