Bio/Historical NoteTicket stub to a Boston Red Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays game on September 21, 1999 at Fenway Park. The Red Sox defeated the Blue Jays 3-0. Red Sox pitcher Pedro Martinez recorded his 300th strikeout of the season, becoming the second pitcher to have 300 or more strikeouts in one season in both the American and National Leagues.
