Braves Field end standard

DescriptionPainted green, gold and white metal end standard with a gold ringed baseball at the top. "NL" is written in the center with "B" and "C" at the top and bottom respectively. The middle and bottom portion of the end standard has triangular cutouts around a baseball diamond with a gold glove in the center. At the very bottom edge is a small strip of gold triangles.

Bio/Historical NoteEnd standard from Braves Field in Boston. Decorative markers adorned the aisle seats at Braves Field, home of the Boston National League Club (hence "BNLC") from 1915 to 1952. After the Braves left for Milwaukee, Boston University acquired the park, demolished the decaying grandstand in 1960, and renamed the grounds Nickerson Field.
