DescriptionRectangular sterling silver season pass with raised stylized lettering on the front reading "The New York Baseball Club / Season 1897 / Tenders / The Courtesy Of The / Polo Grounds / Andrew Freedman / President" and "Mr. Wm. Joyce" in engraved lettering. "Season 1897" is set in the upper left corner within a laurel wreath design with two crossed baseball bats and a small baseball in the center. Reverse is blank with "Sterling" and a geometric pattern stamped along the bottom.

Bio/Historical NoteThis season pass, belonging to player/manager Bill Joyce, provided admission to the Polo Grounds for 1897. Joyce led the Giants to a third-place finish that year.
